atomicparsley software package provides read, parse and set metadata of MPEG-4 and 3gp files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install atomicparsley
atomicparsley is installed in your system.
Make ensure the atomicparsley package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep atomicparsley *
You will get with atomicparsley package name, version, architecture and description in a table
